The Lions may find themselves in second – albeit with games in hand – ahead of Sunday’s fixture, but they have not lost a game since the First Leg of the BBL Cup Semi-Final at Newcastle. London have won five straight in the league and visit a Cheshire side, who have suffered back-to-back losses this month following a four-game unbeaten run.

Season Head-to-head: Phoenix 0-1 Lions
London Lions v Manchester Giants
Details: Thursday 14 February, 7:30pm, Copper Box Arena, BBL Trophy, Semi-Finals, Second Leg
London have a commanding 27-point advantage to take into their home leg of the Semi-Final with the Giants facing an uphill battle to make the Trophy Finals. Danny Byrne’s side fell at the last four stage in the Cup and have battled a depleted squad recently, but have impressed away from home this season.
Last time they met: Giants 74-101 Lions (Trophy, February 2019)
Esh Group Eagles Newcastle v Radisson RED Glasgow Rocks
Details: Friday 15 February, 7:30pm, Eagles Community Arena, BBL Championship
Newcastle claimed their first win at their new arena last week and are back home to host the Rocks on Friday. Glasgow have won four in a row in the league to close the gap on the top eight and victory would push them into the Play-Off places, while Newcastle hope to close on the top two.
Last time they met: Rocks 85-100 Eagles (Championship, September 2018)
Season Head-to-head: Eagles 1-0 Rocks
Worcester Wolves v Surrey Scorchers
Details: Friday 15 February, 7:30pm, University of Worcester Arena, BBL Championship
Two teams in desperate need of a victory meet on Friday night. Worcester have not won in the league since the opening night in September, while the Scorchers are on the road following a run of five straight losses at home since winning on New Year’s Day to kick off 2019.
Last time they met: Scorchers 99-86 Wolves (Championship, October 2018)
Season Head-to-head: Wolves 0-1 Scorchers
Bristol Flyers v Leicester Riders
Details: Saturday 16 February, 7:30pm, SGS Wise Arena, BBL Championship
Back-to-back double-winning weekends this month have put the Riders on the brink of taking the lead in the BBL Championship. The Flyers have fallen to four consecutive defeats with just one league win in their last eight encounters to fall from second to outside of the Play-Off places.
Last time they met: Riders 64-63 Flyers (Championship, January 2019)
Season Head-to-head: Flyers 0-2 Riders
Surrey Scorchers v DBL Sharks Sheffield
Details: Sunday 17 February, 2pm, Surrey Sports Park, BBL Championship
The Scorchers return home looking to end their poor recent run at Surrey Sports Park with Sheffield back in action without a win in four league games. The Sharks remain in fifth with an 11-10 record and they will look to halt their mini-slide.
Last time they met: Scorchers 83-93 Sharks (Championship, November 2018)
Season Head-to-head: Scorchers 0-2 Sharks
Plymouth Raiders v Worcester Wolves
Details: Sunday 17 February, 3pm, Plymouth Pavilions, BBL Championship
Paul James welcomes his former side to Plymouth with the Wolves having come out on top at home on the opening night. The Raiders have gone 2-3 in their last five games in the league and have a 10-10 record as they continue their push to end their post-season drought.

The Royals gained the upper-hand in the tie with a 20-point home win in Tuesday’s First Leg, leaving the Rocks facing a big deficit to claw back on Sunday.
