London Lions kept their confidence rolling from last Sunday’s Betway All-Stars Championship with an impressive win on the road against Worcester Wolves.
The new-look side controlled the game and signalled their intent for the new season ahead of their home opener with Surrey on Sunday.

Turning Point – The Lions edged each of the first three quarters by two points before breaking clear with a decisive 11-0 burst in the final period to open up a commanding 68-83 advantage with 2:22 left.
Key Stat – The contrasting shooting percentages tell the story with the visitors putting up 57% from the field, whilst keeping Worcester below 40% with their struggles from beyond the arc evident at 6-of-26.
Game Hero(es) – Justin Robinson showed his class on his BBL debut with 15 points, five assists and four steals, but Demonte Flannigan shone inside with 19 points on 8-of-12 shooting to lead the Lions to the win.
