BBL Team of the Week #26

Leading the BBL Team of the Week this time is BBL veteran, Robert Youngblood, who earned his place with a 30 point, 17 rebound performance, against BBL newcomers, Essex Pirates last week. He shot an impressive 8/11 from the floor, 75% three point shooting and 5/8 from the free throw line, as well as dishing out 3 assists.

Joining him at the other Forward spot is Scottish-born Gareth Murray, of Glasgow Rocks, who impressed with 27 points and 8 rebounds in the Rocks win over Airwaves Plymouth Raiders last weekend. On 6/9 field goal shooting and an outstanding 5/8 three point shooting, he also added a blocked shot, assist and steal to his name in 38:27 of playing time.

This week's final big man is Harry Disy, thanks to his performance in the Wolves 90-85 win over Worthing Thunder. The Frenchman had 21 points, on 10/12 field goal shooting, he shot 100% from the free throw line, and also grabbed 12 rebounds, handed out 2 assists and had 3 steals.

This week's highest performing guard is the in-form Mike Cook,  of the Sheffield Sharks, who currently leads the league in scoring, as he notched 29 points, hit 75% of  his free throw attempts, and dished out an unbelievable 11 assists, as Sheffield overcame Marshall MK Lions. He is joined by last season's league-wide MVP, Trey Moore, who helped Everton Tigers comfortably beat PAWS London Capital, by posting numbers of 24 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. He shot a perfect 4/4 from open play, 4/5 from the charity stripe, and 4/8 from three point land.
