BBL All-Star Five – Week 17

The latest lineup this week features a pair of BBL Cup winners including the Final MVP.

Josh Wilcher (Plymouth Raiders)

A return to the lineup for the Raiders guard after helping his side to a convincing win on the road. Wilcher handed out nine assists in the victory over DBL Sharks Sheffield to go along with 16 points as well as five rebounds to secure a fourth appearance on the season.

Momcilo Latinovic (Cheshire Phoenix)

Latinovic makes the lineup for the third time this season after another stellar shooting display in the first of two road wins for Cheshire Phoenix last week. The sharp-shooter fired in 26 points including 6 of 8 shooting from 3-point range in the high-scoring 102-113 win at Manchester Giants.

Donte Nicholas (Plymouth Raiders)

The Molten BBL Player of the Month for December continues his strong form this season after cementing a league-best seventh appearance in the starting lineup. Nicholas has been a consistent all-round threat for the Raiders and posted 14 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and four steals in their triumph in Sheffield.

Brandon Peel (London Lions)

The Cup Final MVP after producing a key display in the Lions’ victory against Radisson RED Glasgow Rocks. Peel led the way with 21 points, 14 rebounds and three assists to help spark jubilant scenes for his side as they celebrated a first BBL title since 2008.

Kervin Bristol (London Lions)

A debut appearance for Bristol after a strong showing in the Cup Final victory. The Lions forward posted 12 points and nine rebounds for a near double-double, but also produced three blocks in a huge display on the defensive end to set the tone in Sunday’s triumph.
