BBL All-Star Five – Week 4

There were a number of impressive displays as the BBL Championship action resumed at the weekend with two pairs of team-mates making the lineup.

Rahmon Fletcher (Esh Group Eagles Newcastle)

The former two-time MVP has wasted no time in reminding everyone of his quality with an impressive 13 assists per game in five wins so far. Fletcher handed out a season-high 16 to go with 16 points in the road success in Plymouth having also produced a double-double with 13 points and 13 points in Friday’s home victory over Surrey.

Chris Alexander (DBL Sharks Sheffield)

Alexander was flawless from the foul line during the Sharks’ win against Radisson RED Glasgow Rocks with 12/12 on his way to a 28-point haul. The American guard also handed out six assists and shot 50% from downtown in the home triumph.

Momcilo Latinovic (Cheshire Phoenix)

The sharp-shooter becomes the fourth different Cheshire player to make the lineup this season after leading his team to victory against London City Royals. Latinovic raced to 22 points in the first half before finishing with a team-high 27 with a perfect 5/5 from inside the arc along with four triples and also added three assists without any turnovers.

Matthew Don (DBL Sharks Sheffield)

The British forward makes his debut appearance after stepping up off the bench in Sheffield’s home win over Glasgow. Don fired in 25 points on 9 of 11 shooting including 4 of 4 from 3-point range, whilst adding seven rebounds, three assists and a block to help the Sharks to victory.

Victor Moses (Esh Group Eagles Newcastle)

A second appearance on the season for Moses after two dominant displays to help the Eagles remain unbeaten. He poured in 29 points to go with 13 rebounds in the win against Surrey before another double-double against Plymouth with 20 points and 16 rebounds.
