Plymouth Raiders 69-75 Bristol Flyers (13-25, 33-42, 55-59)
(Raiders – Wilcher 20, Hassan 14, Daniel 11; Flyers – F. Thomas 21, Delpeche 18, G. Thomas 12)
Bristol Flyers have won a Saturday night South West derby after beating Plymouth Raiders 75-69 on the road, for a third win this season over their rivals and to make it four wins in their last five games in all competitions.
Flyers jumped out to a 25-11 advantage as Fred Thomas hit eight of his game-leading 21 points early on; only for the hosts to come back and lead by one heading into the final two minutes.
But Gentrey Thomas came up big for Bristol as he scored four points in a row before Marcus Delpeche – who shot a perfect 8-8 for 18 points from the bench – settled the matter, leaving Raiders winless in nine game spanning more than two months.
