Great Britain squad revealed for FIBA World Cup Qualifiers

The Glasgow Rocks’ connection is a powerful one when it comes to Great Britain’s squad for the FIBA World Cup Qualifiers.

GB Head coach Tony Garbelotto, who also coaches the Scottish club, has selected a trio of players from the Rocks in the shape of Kieron Achara, Gareth Murray and Kofi Josephs.

Elsewhere in the squad, there are also spots for stars such as the experienced Dan Clark and Gabe Olaseni who was the outstanding performer at FIBA EuroBasket 2017.

Great Britain will face Greece next Friday 24 November at the Leicester Arena in a 19.30 tip-off and a small number of tickets are still available HERE.

They will also travel to Estonia on Monday 27 November. For more information click on the official tournament website HERE.
