Summary: London and Leicester do battle twice in three days for the right to take on DBL Sharks Sheffield in the BBL Trophy Final. The Riders are flying high in the league, but were knocked out by the Lions in the Cup earlier this season.

Quote: “London is a tough team – they have the ability to play in the half-court and in transition. We’re going to have to match their intensity the entire 80 minutes,” Riders guard, Kiefer Douse.

“With the Second Leg played at Leicester Arena, it’s an opportunity to have our crowd behind us, which is going to be a huge plus down the stretch.

Last meeting: Sharks 98-71 Force (Championship, October 2017)

Summary: Leeds fell to a 1-19 record last week as they were beaten by Manchester on BBC Sport. They host Yorkshire rivals, Sheffield next with the club having only beaten the Sharks on two occasions since joining the BBL.

Worcester Wolves v Glasgow Rocks

Summary: Worcester will be looking to bounce back from their disappointment of missing out on the Trophy Final, while Glasgow have the chance to move into second spot if they can repeat November’s road success over the Wolves.

Stat: Jonny Bunyan currently has 999 BBL Championship points heading into Friday night, while Mike Ojo needs 43 points this weekend to also hit the 1000-point milestone.

Summary: Surrey return to action having been rested the past two weekends and they welcome a Manchester side boosted by their third victory on the season last week on BBC Sport.

Stat: The Scorchers have won all four games at home against Manchester in the last three seasons.

Summary: Worcester complete their double-header with a trip to the South-West to take on the Flyers. Last week, Bristol defeated Glasgow at home to move back inside the Play-Off places, while the Wolves have surged into the top four.

Stat: Worcester hold an 8-2 record over Bristol in the BBL Championship with both defeats coming last season.

Cheshire Phoenix v DBL Sharks Sheffield

Details: Sunday 18 February, 5:30pm, Cheshire Oaks Arena, BBL Championship

Last meeting: Sharks 83-79 Phoenix (Championship, February 2017)

Summary: The two teams meet for the second time this month as Sharks earned a narrow four-point victory at the EIS. Cheshire split last weekend’s double-header and currently sit just outside the Play-Off places.

Stat: Chris Alexander is the leading scorer for the Sharks so far this season with 324 BBL Championship points.
